We are Laura and Mel, the people behind Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd, and we are glad you are here.

We believe every learner deserves to feel understood, included and supported to succeed. We also know that making this happen takes time, knowledge, practical tools, and people working together.

That’s why we created Inclusive Learning Solutions: to put useful resources and experienced support within reach of the educators who need them.

Today, that purpose reaches beyond the classroom and across borders. Alongside our digital tools and resources, we now offer online remote learning support globally, connecting with education settings from our base in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Who We Are

Our experience spans the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand, across early childhood, primary, intermediate, secondary and specialist settings.

Between us, we have worked as Learning Support Coordinators, SENCOs, Literacy Specialists, a Resource Teacher for Learning and Behaviour, and leaders in Inclusive Learning. Our work has brought us alongside teachers, support staff, school leaders, learners, families and external professionals.

We’ve helped teams understand complex learning needs, develop individual plans, strengthen classroom practice and coordinate support. We’ve also experienced the pressure of trying to bring all those pieces together in a busy school.

Our shared belief is simple: inclusion becomes more achievable when people have the right support and information at their fingertips.

Why We Started Inclusive Learning Solutions

We’ve seen thoughtful educators spend hours creating documents, chasing information and coordinating support—often while managing many other responsibilities.

We wanted to make that work easier.

Inclusive Learning Solutions began with practical templates, fact sheets and digital tools designed to help educators organise information and turn plans into action.

Our growing range of services builds on that foundation. Through remote support, we can work directly alongside your team, helping you address a specific need, develop staff confidence or strengthen your wider approach to inclusion.
