We are Laura and Mel, and we are beyond excited to introduce Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd — a business built on passion, experience, and a deep belief that every learner deserves to thrive.

After years of working in education across all age groups, we’ve seen the triumphs and the challenges. We've sat beside classroom teachers juggling the needs of many, SENCOs stretched thin trying to meet complex learning needs, and school leaders searching for practical, inclusive solutions that work. We know the realities because we’ve lived them, and now, we’re here to support you.

Who We Are

We’re two educators with decades of combined experience in the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand, across early childhood, primary, secondary, and specialist roles. Our paths crossed in the world of inclusive education, and we quickly discovered a shared vision: a world where teachers are empowered with the right tools, and learners of all abilities are supported to succeed.

Together we have worked as Learning Support Coordinators, SENCOs, Literacy Specialists, Resource Teacher for Learning and Behaviours, and leaders in Inclusive Learning. We've studied, implemented, adapted, and built strategies, and now, we're sharing that knowledge through Inclusive Learning Solutions.

Why We Started This Business

The short answer? Because we know the system is stretched, and we know you deserve better support.

We started Inclusive Learning Solutions to offer practical, time-saving resources, ready-to-use tools, and evidence-informed strategies — all designed to make inclusion easier, more effective, and more sustainable in busy classrooms. We want to take the stress out of differentiation and put empowerment back in your hands.
