Note:

ILS does not collect or store the content or data entered into the Eduunity Learning Register by its users. All content within that register is controlled and owned by the purchasing organisation or user.

  • ILS retains ownership of the Eduunity Learning Register software and structure.

  • All content, documents, templates, and data entered into the Learning Register are the sole property of the respective users or clients.

  • ILS does not claim ownership of any information input by users into Eduunity or any documents generated by users.

3. How We Share Information

• Eduunity documents and templates (such as Google Sheets) may be shared with external parties using access-controlled methods.

• Access is granted only to authorised individuals and for specific purposes (e.g., onboarding, client collaboration).

• ILS will only regain access to a shared document upon explicit request from the recipient.

• If a user or organisation has purchased Eduunity, they are required to notify ILS when they no longer require shared access, so that ILS can remove its access and delete its copy from our systems.

4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

All clients and users accessing Eduunity-related documents or data must agree to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which protects the confidentiality of all shared information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard all information we store and access. This includes:

  • Access control and permissions on shared documents

  • Regular review of document access and sharing settings

  • Prompt revocation of access when no longer needed

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

1.2 Paid Registration

Includes access to additional premium materials such as:

  • Factsheets

  • Customisable templates

  • Licensed tools

  • Ongoing updates

  • Full access to the EduUnity App and related services

2. Ownership and Access Rights

2.1 Transfer of Ownership (Free and Paid Access)

When you request any material—via free or paid access—a copy is provided for your internal use. However:

  • The original file (especially Google Sheets) remains the property of Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd.

  • The material is licensed for internal use only within your school domain or organisation.

  • You must not copy, resell, or redistribute any material outside of your school domain.

  • Once shared, we do not retain access to that version unless explicitly requested by you.

  • For tools like Eduunity, clients must notify us when they no longer require our access, so we can remove or hide our shared version from our system to uphold data privacy.

This ownership and sharing policy applies to all materials, including but not limited to Eduunity, templates, and factsheets.

3. Usage Restrictions

By using our materials, you agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our templates or tools

  • Claim authorship or create derivative works for commercial sale

  • Share or upload materials to public platforms (e.g., websites, forums, file-sharing sites)

4. Fees and Payments

Fees apply only to paid registration tiers. All charges are clearly displayed prior to purchase.

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Free Educational Content for Subscribers

All registered users (free and paid) may receive educational emails, product tips, or updates. These are for general learning purposes only and do not constitute formal advice or services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously.

• We do not store, monitor, or access user-created content within your copies of our templates or tools.

• Any personal data you submit to register or contact us is governed by our Privacy Policy.
