Access is provided only to authorised users and for purposes such as onboarding or collaboration.
We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties.

1. About EduIEP
EduIEP is a Google Sheets add-on that helps educators and schools create, manage, and export Individual Education Plans (IEPs). It includes multilingual translation and PDF export functionality. EduIEP is licensed on a domain basis, with access granted to licensed schools or organisations.

EduIEP requires limited access to your Google account to function. Specifically:
Google Sheets (current file only) – to read and write content within the spreadsheet you install EduIEP on.
Google Drive (current file only) – to export IEPs into PDF format and save them alongside your spreadsheet.

2. How Data Is Used
Licensing: We verify the domain or email of the active user against a central licence sheet.
App Functionality: EduAssess formats and manages assessment information within your school’s Google Sheet.
Output Sharing: A separate “SAC Output (Share Only)” file is generated in your Google Drive for staff viewing.
No student data is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd outside your own Google Drive.
3. Data Ownership & Control
Your school remains the owner and controller of all information entered into EduAssess.
Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd has no access to your school’s data, unless explicitly shared with us for support.
You may delete EduAssess-generated files (including the SAC Output share-only file) at any time.
4. Security
EduAssess runs entirely within Google’s secure infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Drive).
Data is protected by your school’s existing Google Workspace security and access controls.
We recommend schools manage access to the Share-Only SAC Output file using Google’s sharing permissions (e.g., domain Viewer access).
5. International Compliance
EduAssess is designed to comply with global privacy frameworks, including:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU/UK)
Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

EduPlanner is an educational planning tool that operates entirely within the user’s own Google Workspace environment. EduPlanner does not independently access, collect, store, or monitor Google Workspace data. All interactions with Google services occur only at the direct request of the user and solely to perform user-initiated actions.

2. How Google User Data Is Used
Google user data is used solely to perform functionality explicitly requested by the user, including:

Saving files directly into the user’s own Google Drive
EduPlanner does not use Google user data for:

No additional deletion steps are required for Google user data beyond uninstalling the application or deleting files directly from Google Drive.

The original file (especially Google Sheets) remains the property of Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd.
The material is licensed for internal use only within your school domain or organisation.
You must not copy, resell, or redistribute any material outside of your school domain.
Once shared, we do not retain access to that version unless explicitly requested by you.
For tools like Eduunity, clients must notify us when they no longer require our access, so we can remove or hide our shared version from our system to uphold data privacy.
This ownership and sharing policy applies to all materials, including but not limited to Eduunity, templates, and factsheets.
3. Usage Restrictions
By using our materials, you agree not to:
Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our templates or tools
Claim authorship or create derivative works for commercial sale
Share or upload materials to public platforms (e.g., websites, forums, file-sharing sites)
4. Fees and Payments
Fees apply only to paid registration tiers. All charges are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
5. Free Educational Content for Subscribers
All registered users (free and paid) may receive educational emails, product tips, or updates. These are for general learning purposes only and do not constitute formal advice or services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously.
• We do not store, monitor, or access user-created content within your copies of our templates or tools.

If your school is not licensed, EduAssess will restrict access until a licence is obtained.
3. Data Ownership & Responsibility
All data entered into EduAssess remains the property of your school.
Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd has no access to your school’s data unless explicitly shared with us for support.
Schools are responsible for managing access rights and ensuring only authorised staff can edit or view EduAssess files.
4. Privacy & Compliance
EduAssess does not transmit or store student data outside your school’s Google Workspace.
All processing happens within your own Google Drive environment.
Schools remain the data controllers and are responsible for compliance with local laws (including the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, GDPR, and other relevant regulations).

Continued use of EduAssess after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

By installing, accessing, or using EduPlanner (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use EduPlanner.
1. Description of the Service
EduPlanner is a Google Sheets–based planning tool designed for educators. It allows users to create and manage termly or monthly planners, lesson plans, and related planning documents within their own Google Drive.
EduPlanner provides tools to:
build planners based on user-provided dates
apply country-specific public holidays
generate lesson planning layouts
link planner cells to related documents and notes
All content created using EduPlanner remains within the user’s Google account.
2. Eligibility
EduPlanner is intended for use by educators, schools, and educational administrators.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to install and use Google Workspace add-ons within your Google account or organisation.
3. Licensing and Access
EduPlanner operates on a license-based model.
A license check is performed when users attempt to initialise or build planners.
Once licensed, users may choose to:
initialise a full-year planner, or
add term dates and build planners incrementally.
License verification is used solely to control access to paid features. Sharing to an unlicensed user - If a user is not licensed, EduPlanner will prevent planner initialisation and building actions, and prompt the user to obtain a valid license before continuing.
4. User Data and Ownership
All planners, documents, and content created by EduPlanner are stored in the user’s own Google Drive.
You retain full ownership and control of all files at all times.
EduPlanner does not claim ownership over any content you create.
Limited account information (email address or domain and purchaser name) may be stored solely for licensing purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse EduPlanner in a way that disrupts its functionality
attempt to bypass licensing or access controls
reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute EduPlanner without permission
use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
6. Availability and Changes
EduPlanner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain stability and functionality:
uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed
features may be updated, modified, or discontinued over time
Significant changes will be reflected in updated Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
EduPlanner relies on Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Your use of those services is subject to Google’s own terms and policies. EduPlanner is not responsible for issues caused by changes or outages in Google’s services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPlanner and its creator shall not be liable for:
loss of data
loss of productivity
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data within their Google Drive.
9. Termination
You may stop using EduPlanner at any time by uninstalling the add-on.
EduPlanner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination:
no new planners can be built
existing files remain in your Google Drive under your control

Welcome to EduEnrol, a Google Workspace add-on provided by Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd. By installing or using EduEnrol, you (“you”, “your school”, “your organisation”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
EduEnrol provides digital tools to support schools with enrolment processes and student registers. Functionality includes, but is not limited to:
Creating and managing enrolment registers.
Recording student, caregiver, and support information.
Domain-based licence management for school-wide use.
EduEnrol is delivered via Google Workspace Marketplace as an add-on for Google Sheets.
2. Eligibility
EduEnrol is intended for use by schools, educators, and registered organisations.
You must be an authorised representative of your school or organisation to purchase or activate a licence.
Individual use outside an education setting is not permitted.
3. Licensing & Access
EduEnrol is provided under a domain-based licence.
A valid, active licence is required to access full functionality.
Licences are non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Schools must notify ILS when they no longer require access.
InclusiveEdNZ.com and domains owned by ILS are always whitelisted and do not require a licence.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, resell, or redistribute EduEnrol or any related resources.
Circumvent licence checks or access restrictions.
Use EduEnrol for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Share or upload content that violates privacy, copyright, or the rights of others.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
All student and enrolment data entered into EduEnrol remains the property of your school or organisation.
ILS does not claim ownership of, or rights to, school data.
Data is stored within your school’s Google Workspace domain and is subject to Google’s security and compliance standards.
Licence records (school domain, licence status, admin contact) may be stored securely by ILS.

6. Payment & Renewals
Use of EduEnrol beyond trial access requires a paid subscription.
Pricing, payment terms, and renewal processes are outlined on our website and marketplace listing.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Support & Updates
ILS provides support for installation, licensing, and technical issues.
Updates and improvements may be released periodically.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduEnrol is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless required by law.
ILS is not liable for loss of data, disruption of service, or indirect damages resulting from use of EduEnrol.
Your school is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy and education laws.
9. Termination
You may stop using EduEnrol at any time by uninstalling the add-on.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to maintain a licence, or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your licence will be revoked, but school-entered data will remain in your Google Workspace domain.
10. International Use
EduEnrol is based in New Zealand but may be used globally. By using EduEnrol, you agree to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, GDPR (EU/UK), FERPA (US), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website and, where possible, communicated via the EduEnrol add-on. Continued use of EduEnrol after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

EduPastoral is not intended for use by students or members of the general public.
You must have authority from your organisation to install and use EduPastoral.
3. Licensing and Access
a) Licensing Model
EduPastoral is licensed on a per-school, one-off licence basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access to EduPastoral features is controlled by:
The Google Workspace domain of the user
A licensing list maintained by Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd.
b) Licence Validation
EduPastoral validates licensing by:
Reading the active user’s Google Workspace domain at runtime
Comparing it to an authorised domain list
If a valid licence is not detected, access to functionality will be restricted.
4. Customer Data and Ownership
All data entered into EduPastoral remains the property of the school.
All data is stored entirely within the school’s Google Workspace.
Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd does not claim ownership of any customer data.
Schools are responsible for ensuring their use of EduPastoral complies with their own data protection and privacy obligations.
5. User Responsibilities
By using EduPastoral, you agree to:
Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and school policies
Ensure appropriate access controls are applied within your Google Workspace
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and staff information
Not misuse the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
6. Data Accuracy and Professional Judgement
EduPastoral is a support tool for pastoral teams.
The app does not provide professional, legal, or medical advice.
Decisions made using EduPastoral remain the responsibility of the school and its staff.
Inclusive Education NZ is not responsible for actions taken based on data entered into the app.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep EduPastoral available and functioning, but:

Features may be updated, improved, or modified over time
We may suspend or discontinue the app with reasonable notice
8. Support and Updates
Unless otherwise stated:
Licensed schools receive updates and reasonable support
