Remote Inclusive Education Support

We meet online with students and whānau to understand their needs, set goals, and plan support. We work with educators on practical strategies, develop and review IEPs, coordinate referrals, and monitor progress. We also mentor staff and help schools and education authorities strengthen inclusive learning systems.

Who We Support

We support individual schools, groups of schools, and education authorities. Whether you need help with one learner or a wider learning support system, we tailor our remote work to your people, priorities, and local context.

  • We provide fully online learning support for early childhood services, primary and secondary schools, charter schools, and online schools, from small rural settings to large high schools. We can meet online with staff, learners and families; coordinate referrals and support plans; develop and review IEPs; provide teaching strategies; and monitor progress. The programme is tailored to your setting and the support already available locally.m description

  • We can provide a shared, fully online learning support programme across several schools. This includes remote SENCO coordination, IEP development, online meetings with each school’s staff and families, teacher guidance, and consistent ways to record and review support. We tailor the work to each school while helping the network use its specialist capacity well.

  • We can work with an education authority to deliver a fully online learning support programme across its schools. This could include remote SENCO services, IEP coordination, online meetings with school teams and families, staff mentoring, shared referral processes, and regular reporting. We would agree the programme’s scope and responsibilities with the authority so it fits local schools and services.

  • You can also engage us for a defined piece of work, such as developing IEPs, reviewing learning support processes, creating classroom strategies, planning transitions, or providing online professional learning. We will agree on the work and deliverables with you before starting.

  • We can develop a Google Workspace tool around your school’s own processes, such as learning support registers, referrals, IEP workflows, staff allocation, or progress tracking. We will work with your team to define what the tool needs to do, build it for your setting, and support staff to use it.
