How App Licensing Works
One-off purchase
Choose an individual or school licence for the app you need. The price is shown on each product page, and there are no recurring subscription fees for the licence you purchase.
Your current version stays in place
We won’t automatically replace the app you are using. If a new version becomes available, we will explain how it affects your existing information before you decide whether to install it.
Moving to a new version
Information entered into your current app may not transfer automatically to a new version. Keep your existing file and contact us before switching so we can explain the options for that app.
